Barrel Aged Ten Fidy is a 12.5% Imperial Stout from Oskar Blues Brewing in Longmont, Colorado. I’ve seen this barrel aged imperial stout on shelves in previous years, but this year I decided to pick it up to see what I’ve been missing all this time. You’ll find a little comparison to the non barrel aged Ten Fidy as well, because I didn’t want the beer to get lonely, so which one do I like better, and which one would you choose?
