This breview 4 u is the lastest Hazy IPA from Griffin Claw Brewing Company. The last hazy beer that I’ve had from Griffin Claw was Nawt a Cawp, which was an east coast IPA. This time Haze Force is a full fledged hazy IPA, but does that mean it’s a NE IPA? Watch and find out!
Today, I think is a first for me – I’m reviewing Griffin Claw’s Faux Pas, a hazy hoppy hef. Beeradvocate lists this as a “Belgian IPA”, which is what I call it in the video, but I think that’s a gross mischaracterization. If anything, the label is true and this is a hazy Hefeweizen. Now you may be saying, all hef’s are hazy, because that’s exactly what I said, but this has a fruity taste that I’ve never experienced before in a hef.
Today’s breview for you is a sweet orangy imperial IPA from Griffin Claw Brewing in Birmingham, MI. Project Clementine doesn’t pull any punches while living up to it’s namesake, and follows those punches up with a boozy left hook. Watch for more details!
With summer coming quick, I’m kicking off a fruit beer week here, and my first review of two this week is of Griffin Claw Brewing’s Overnight Sensation – a newly released 6.5% Raspberry Ale. You’ll have to watch the video, but I can say that I was really not expecting what was in store.
You can watch the whole review below!
For today’s breview 4 U, I fall deeper into the IPA hole while I’m taking a look at Griffin Claw Brewing Company’s newest East Coast IPA, Nawt A Cawp. Nawt a Cawp is a 7%’er featuring some cool 70’s style artwork. This can looks like something Charles Bronson would have beat up for giving him the side-eye.
