Dragon’s Milk Reserve Maple Oak is an 11% Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout from New Holland Brewing Company in Holland, Michigan. This is the latest in New Holland’s Dragon’s Milk Reserve line, and frankly I’m kind of dumbstruck that this is the first time that they’ve just had a maple variety of this specific beer. Maple barrels seem to be the adjunct of the time, so it feels a little late for New Holland to just be putting one of these out now.
