On camera reviews and tastings to give you everything but the smell and the taste (and the feel too, I guess).
White Flame Brewing Company’s Black Flame Imperial Stout is a 10.5% Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout that White Flame releases to celebrate their anniversary. Today I’m taking a look at their 2019 version commemorating their 7th anniversary, and it is something. But is it a good kind of something, or just… something? Watch this review to see if this could be your next favorite bourbon barrel aged stout!

Barney Blood is a 7.2% Milkshake IPA brewed with strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, lactose and vanilla beans from our friends at Short’s Brewery in Bellaire, Michigan. Initially released last summer, it was a very limited release only sold out of Short’s Mart, but now it’s hit store shelves state wide. Lactose is really what should set this beer apart as a Milkshake IPA rather than a New England style IPA. I love you, you love me, but is barney blood worth your money? Watch this to get the straight fossilized poop.

Old Nation’s Brut IPA is part of their Woodshed Pilot Series, and is their first Brut IPA. It uses the same recipe as Old Nation’s extremely popular M-43, but it’s further refined through a brut brewing technique – the technique results in a brut IPA very low residual sugar and a low carb beer. It sounds like a dream, but how does it taste at 7% ABV? Well, that’s why you’re here, so sit back and find out!

Today I’m taking a look at Founder’s KBS a few different ways in this vertical tasting. I’m taking a fresh 2019 KBS, a cellared bottle from 2018, and a chilled 2018 bottle that has been kept at or around 45 degrees Fahrenheit since it’s purchase in early 2018. Does chilled vs. cellared vs. fresh make a difference? That’s what I’m hoping to find out in this video. Stay tuned to the end for something I’ve never done before, too!

Stoner IPA is a 6.3% ABV IPA from Big Lake Brewing in Holland, Michigan. Big Lake says that this is a dank, resinous medium bodied IPA. That goes well with the munchies. Does that mean that Stoner IPA is a West Coast style IPA? With a name like Stoner you’d think it almost has to, by law, be a sticky icky, but does it live up to the reputation of a beer named Stoner? Watch this review!
