Copperstar Galactica is a 6.6% IPA from Beards Brewery in Charlevoix, Michigan. Copperstar bills itself as a Fruit IPA, but they didn’t just drop an orange slice in this and call it a day. This is the first beer that I’ve had from Beards Brewery, so will it bring me back for more, or leave me floating in space?
