Rezolute is an IPA from Drafting Table Brewing Company in Wixom, Michigan. Rezolute is Drafting Table’s flagship IPA, and was released initially as a taproom exclusive. It’s been making it’s way slowly out of the taproom, and weighs in at 7.7%. Drafting Table is known for doing a lot of styles really well, but does Rezolute live up to expectations? In today’s Breview 4 U, I’m checking out Grunge Phaze, a collaboration between Drafting Table Brewing in Wixom and Transient Artisan Ales in Bridgman. Drafting Table describes it as: “This juicy New England IPA is brewed with rice, and a tropical melody of hops including Grungiest. Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Transient Artisan Ales.” What did I think of it? Watch and find out!
Drafting Table Brewing Company in Wixom, MI takes on the very versatile Cream Ale style with their Reserve Mal – an 4.8% Cream Ale. Cream Ales don’t seem to grab my attention like other styles do – does this one buck the trend? (more…)
