Der Roest by Ellison Brewing and Spirits is one of the most intriguing stouts I’ve had since Brewery Vivant’s Tart Side of the Moon. Ellison Crescent Fresh IPA Review

Ellison Brewery in East Lansing has been generating a buzz, but until now I’ve been unable to find them in cans in my area. I’m glad that I found Crescent Fresh IPA, because it’s one of the most intriguing IPAs that I’ve had in quite some time and is a totally new take on the concept.
