Poet’s Brunch Stout is a 9% ABV Imperial Stout from New Holland Brewing Company in Holland, Michigan and is a variation on New Holland’s tried and true Poet Oatmeal Stout. They took that base beer and added Maple Syrup, Cinnamon and “Natural Flavors”, in this case Vanilla. Poet’s Brunch Stout is the first release in New Holland’s newest Brewer’s Best Series.
