Short’s Brewing – Barney Blood Milkshake IPA

Barney Blood is a 7.2% Milkshake IPA brewed with strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, lactose and vanilla beans from our friends at Short’s Brewery in Bellaire, Michigan. Initially released last summer, it was a very limited release only sold out of Short’s Mart, but now it’s hit store shelves state wide. Lactose is really what should set this beer apart as a Milkshake IPA rather than a New England style IPA. I love you, you love me, but is barney blood worth your money? Watch this to get the straight fossilized poop.

Old Nation – Woodshed Pilot Series Brut IPA Review

Old Nation’s Brut IPA is part of their Woodshed Pilot Series, and is their first Brut IPA. It uses the same recipe as Old Nation’s extremely popular M-43, but it’s further refined through a brut brewing technique – the technique results in a brut IPA very low residual sugar and a low carb beer. Founders KBS – 2018 vs 2019 Vertical Tasting under Different Conditions

Does chilled vs. cellared vs. fresh make a difference? That’s what I’m hoping to find out in this video. Stay tuned to the end for something I’ve never done before, too!

Big Lake Brewing – Stoner IPA Review

Stoner IPA is a 6.3% ABV IPA from Big Lake Brewing in Holland, Michigan. Big Lake says that this is a dank, resinous medium bodied IPA. That goes well with the munchies. Does that mean that Stoner IPA is a West Coast style IPA? With a name like Stoner you’d think it almost has to, by law, be a sticky icky, but does it live up to the reputation of a beer named Stoner? Watch this review!
