Josh Rake from Rake Beer Project in Muskegon, Michigan invited me in to see what he was cooking up in their brand new tap room. I like to say that you have to give a brewery about 2 years after their open before they really start to hit their stride. I was honestly impressed that a brewery that had only been open 2 weeks (at the time I visited) could have such a polished product – the only time I’d seen anything even remotely like this was with HOMES in Ann Arbor, where a brewery had already hit the ground running. This is the first time I’m producing a video and I’m not actually appearing in it, so I’m open to any feedback. If you are an owner, know a brewer, or work at a brewery and would like me to profile your brewery or taproom – get in touch – I look forward to bringing more Michigan Craft Brewers stories to the channel, and can hopefully do so with your help!

I love learning and I love craft beer, so why not bring the two together and bring you along too!
