Dragon’s Milk Reserve Maple Oak is an 11% Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout from New Holland Brewing Company in Holland, Michigan. This is the latest in New Holland’s Dragon’s Milk Reserve line, and frankly I’m kind of dumbstruck that this is the first time that they’ve just had a maple variety of this specific beer. Maple barrels seem to be the adjunct of the time, so it feels a little late for New Holland to just be putting one of these out now. So how does it fare against the last few Dragon’s Milk Reserves out there? Watch to get the story!

Final Absolution is a 10% Belgian Trippel from Dragonmead Microbrewery in Warren, Michigan. I don’t know how I went so long without posting a review of a Dragonmead beer, so to atone for my beer sins, here’s final absolution – the Warren taproom is a shrine to The Belgian style, with over 30 beers on tap at any given moment. Do I need to speak to the priest, or is this my almost final absolution? Watch for the lowdown!
Mas Agave is Founders Brewing’s Newest release in the Barrel Aged Series for 2019. You might be saying, 10% for a beer in the barrel aged series?! But I can guarantee this is going to pack a punch. Did the tequila make me do it? Watch and find out!

Peanuts and Crackerjack is a 6% ABV Porter from The Mitten Brewing Company in Grand Rapids, Michigan and it always reminds me that spring is here and baseball is right around the corner. This is the second year that Peanuts and Crackerjack has made it into production, but will this one be a strike out, or will it be the grand salami? The way this one is going, momma better make some more of that moist cake!

Today I’m going to be putting the original Odd Side Bean Flicker against a version of Bean Flicker Brewed with Hoof Hearted Coffee featuring yergacheffe coffee from Ethiopia. Does the fancy new coffee bring all the boys to the yard? Watch and find out!
